Stay Tuned. More coming!!!!
I called Tamco, and had all of my questions answered regarding the three different single stage paints they have to offer. I decided that the Duraflint l was the best option for my needs. Ordering was easy, and my paint was delivered promptly. Upon spraying, I found that most everything was good except the ambient temperature was higher than the activator temp range. This resulted in a too fast flash off time.
Other than the previous problem, I am very happy with the product, and will try it again.
First time using these products, but not my first rodeo using tamco PRODUCTS. I painted a trailer for a buddy, the exopy layed sooo smooth. Duraflint I was a breeze to work with and came out SHINY JET BLACK. I've used rival couple times in the past, and this STUFF BLOWS IT THE WATER**!! Tech support is top shelf. Even spoke 2 Bob few minutes and he told me A COOL little story about how Tammy as a youngin was whipping up resins with him, and how she's more knowledgeable than him with stuff, I told I believe she bleeds solvents* had him chuckle.. I definitely need to do more business with ya & I will. Thankx everyone at TAMCO!!!!
The only regret I have is that I only ordered a quart! This is by far the best single stage I’ve ever sprayed. Super bright red has me ready to get the car done so I can get it in color. The test panel looks amazing!! Buy from TAMCO!
I have used their paint before and it holds up well in the Florida sun , like Imron, smells like Imron, mixes like Imron, I would say it's similar to Imron
