Greg Scites brought a timeless style back to life with this 1939 Ford Tudor, starting the build on a solid foundation using HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit. With this surface prepped and ready, he laid down Basecoat Factory Packs (HB9902 Bright Red) a classic color that perfectly complements the vintage curves for this pre-war Ford.
To lock in that vibrant finish, the project was topped with the HC4100 High Solids Clearcoat Kit, delivering a deep gloss and durable protection. VIOLET WHISPER WOOD STAIN | AUSTIN BOCHMAN | WOODEN MEMORIAL PLAQUE
Ethereal memorabilia from Austin Bochman's son to his beloved late friend.
Austin shared that this beautiful piece is his son's idea, because he wanted to make something for the family of his late friend — something lasting that would help them remember her. And this is where they came up with this idea, a wooden memorial plaque. The wood was carved by Austin's father. According to his son, she loved pink and purple, so they opted for the Violet Whisper - Wood Stain Kit for the wood itself, which turned out beautifully. He also put additional details, such as wings on both sides, where he used Jack Frost Pearl and Sexy AF Pink. After all the coloring and staining, Austin helped his son to coat the wood using the European MS Clearcoat Kit.
In the end, it wasn't just a handmade piece; it was a beautiful piece that holds a beautiful memory of a beautiful girl.
PURPLE REIGN | ROCKFORD AUTO | 1948 CHEVROLET 3100
A classic ride that pops!
Simon Dedonato's 1948 Chevrolet 3100 really went from vintage to a vibrant and lively look by using Rockford Auto's custom color Purple Reign, mixed by Tamco Paint. This unique shade, inspired by Tamco's "Purple Pop Pearl," is a lighter version that undoubtedly brought a distinctive and captivating finish to Simon's vehicle.
This choice showcases Rockford Auto's dedication on meeting their client's preferences and achieving a one-of-a-kind build when it comes to its looks and performance.
HB9901 BRIGHT WHITE BASECOAT | JIM DAVIS | 1968 CHEVROLET CAMARO
Jim Davis brought a vision and craftsmanship to life with this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro, named "Hexen", and evolved into a full Tamco ground-up makeover under his shop, Davis Hot Rods. The project began with HP5312 White DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit, followed by HP772 Black High Build Epoxy Primer Kit to ensure a solid and flawless base. From there, the build came alive with Basecoat Factory Packs (HB9901 Bright White) and Murdered Out Black 2.0. Contrast was added with Underhood Satin Black Single Stage Kit for that smooth sheen, while Smoke Metallic brought depth to the overall finish. To lock everything in, HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat Kit was used for delivering that signature gloss and durability.
Hexen took home "Best Street Machine" at the Starbird Car Show Tulsa 2026, proving the level of detail and execution behind the build. Also the car is set for a professional photo shoot with All Chevy Performance Magazine at Triple Rodding in Tennessee this September 2026. From concept to award winning showstopper, Jim Davis have created a masterpiece.

Color came out even better then expected! Will definitely use there products again
First time Tamco user. Painted my engine bay in my shop and while it turned out very nice, I thought WOW, this stuff is thick. I was only spraying at about 25 psi though. Brought a couple more parts to work to trim out in the booth to get a real feel for it before I spray the car. Bumped the pressure to around 30 and 4100 lays down!! I use PPG products at work, and nothing I have used slicked out this easily. Thank you for an amazing product!!! 4100 clear, iwata w400 1.3
I Really Love Tamco candies! I've used a dozen or more candies, and tamco candies are by far the most vibrant pure candies I've ever used.
Tamco intensity colors allows you to tune in on fine details with precision. Although I’m still learning each day using the intensity line makes me a better painter by not having to worry about excessive dry tip or color bleed.
My paint is very awesome. And the people that work there were very helpful and answered all my questions and got my product here fast.

Used the forever seal a few months ago and if you are sealing anything , this is the only way to go!! It lays out perfectly smooth and sprays amazing!

It works with the intensity airbrush line between high impact base and clear... Best paints i have ever experienced. Highly recommended. Be sure you dont use too much reducer. Also, it likes to be built in a few layers- try to avoid thick coats but its sprayers preference.
I reccomend building and weaving the paint slowly in small batches within the 3 layer recommendations... This helps you know that you arent wrong with your mixing procedures. It also allows just enough time for it to dry and "build"
Best paint ive ever sprayed. I will update later if i find longevity issues , but it is not anticipated- ive sprayed before and i can tell this is a product thats cut from good cloth.

1st allow me to start by saying the people at tamco have been so helpful & knowledgeable. This clear is the best. I have used many other clears that are way more expensive & they just can't beat the quality of tamco clear.
I've been spraying 4100 for about 3years not full time I have sprayed about 15 gallons and have nothing but good to say about it, it's a heavy clear and takes getting a custom to but it sands and buffs great
