Jeff Jones, a very talented person when it comes to custom building rides, is the person behind this masterpiece. Before building this, he has done several builds for paid clients and also 9 custom cars and trucks for himself. For the past two years, he had the privileged to help out with the final assembly of some stunning and insane custom build projects that were part of the SEMA event in 2018 including the 1953 Mercury Monterey and 1955 Mercury Wagon by Mike Lawson in 2019. Being part of those big projects motivated him to create this 1953 Ford Monroe Pink build that debuted at SEMA 2020! Jeff Jones was inspired by this color from his wife’s soap Dial. It’s pink with a white pearl look to it. I saw it and was like I want to make a paint color like this.
