Our HR 1300 series reducers are made with the highest-grade solvents available. While we could buy in large batches to save money we choose to buy in smaller quantities. The reasoning behind this is that it allows better quality control. When large containers such as tanker trucks allow for higher profit margins it also allows the introduction of moisture. Moisture in reducers can have adverse effects on paint and clearcoat such as dieback and bad crosslinking. That’s why be buy by the barrel and receive reports on each to ensure they are up to the standards that we require.

I have been doing body work since I was 15 years old and am 68 now. Over those years I have seen numerous product changes and bought numerous brands of products. I can say that Tamco products, cost and delivery times are bar none. Excellent to do business with and extremely happy with all products they provide.
I know this review is supposed to be about the reducer But I used it in tandem with the blender. They work great together as did the clear top coat. I did have a problem with mixing transtint into the blender and the clear. For some reason green transtint mixed up blue, no mater how many time I tried it or how much color I added. Very strange, Yellow, red, blue all work fine but green turns blue. I contacted Tamco and was very unsatisfied with the response. Which was "we are not familiar with the transtint product and don't recommend it". Well really? That's your best answer? I will be contacting the Transtint folks and see if they have any ideas.
The best I ever used
Does everything i need it to and more.
I haven’t used your product yet, I’m waiting on the weather to break before I spray. However the shipping with FedEx is horrible and I really have to reconsider what product to use.I won’t ship with them again.
