I used hr 397 after I sanded before I was going to prime ( a prep-sol) after it dried while spraying I noticed it was lifting &I not going on smooth I wiped it off & re sprayed it seemed to be fine . I'm not sure if it wasn't totally dry & that's what caused it.
Gets the part so much cleaner then acetone
