Jon Lecanu said that doing this piece was an honor for him because he painted this for a retired Navy Veteran who flew in this helicopter.
For him to make this artwork done right, he starts by using Tamco’s Intensity Black Out Black, and Chalk White for the helicopter to emphasize the center of his masterpiece. And to protect this marvelous artwork and to make it last longer, he topped it off with HC895 Intercoat & Clearcoat. Finishing with Matte Clearcoat Kit to reduce glare, giving a sleeker and flatter appearance.
Sometimes art doesn’t have to be colorful to be memorable; it’s the experience that truly gives it meaning and true color.
