Danny Riddle, a one-of-a-kind artist, has truly outdone himself again. By repainting a 1987 Chevrolet El Camino with the use of Tamco Paint products, he was able to bring back the life out of the vehicle. Featuring the SoCal Blue Candy Pearl Basecoat, the El Camino has re-learned the ways of the road.
The project started off by using the DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit in the first layer, then Slick Silver Metallic as the second layer, giving the car some shine before adding the velvet-like color, the SoCal Blue Candy Pearl Basecoat. He also added the Purple Pop Pearl, which literally popped up the car in your eyes. For this, he used the Intensity Airbrushing Paint Variety Pack for better blending. Finally, he applied on the HC9500 Hi-Speed Impact 30 Min Clearcoat Kit as well as the HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat, those two being uncharge of keeping the paints intact, protected, and glossy.
It’d be a shame not to see the beauty of this vehicle once Danny had partnered with Tamco Paint. Surely, you’ll be left in awe.
