A fresh coat of paint can completely transform a classic, and painter Jorge Gnz proved that with his latest project, a 1992 Chevy brought back to life with Tamco Paints
The process started with a foundation of Slick Silver Metallic, providing a bright, reflective base that would amplify the candy color laid over it. Next, Jorge applied SoCal Blue Candy Concentrate, achieving a rich and vibrant hue that shifts with the light, giving the Chevy a bold and custom appearance. To ensure perfect blending and consistency, CC3000 Candy Carrier was used during the application.
For the final stage, Jorge sealed the entire project with HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat, adding both protection and a deep, glossy shine that makes the candy blue pop even more.
The result is a breathtaking finish that not only showcases Jorge’s skills but also highlights how Tamco Paint’s products can transform any classic car into a true masterpiece.
