SOCAL BLUE CANDY | STEELE VISIONS | 2020 HARLEY DAVIDSON ROAD GLIDE

The bold and vibrant blue hue of the 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide was thanks to the work of Steele Visions and their partnership with Tamco Paint. Their main color, the SoCal Blue - Candy Concentrate was the talk of the town as son as the bike made its appearance with its new life.

First, the use of the HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and the HR398 Final Wipe created a surface that was clean and contaminant-free. The HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit was applied for a smooth, solid, and strong foundation. The Slick Silver Metallic was also laid on for a shiny coat. Then came 3 coats of the SoCal Blue - Candy Concentrate with added Gunmetal for the graphics. The HC895 Intercoat & Clearcoat as well as 3 coats of the HC9500 Hi-Impact 30 Min Clearcoat Kit were painted on for better protection, more gloss, and to keep everything in.

The final product was the result of hard work and dedication. Steele Visions managed to make the vehicle give a “wowza” effect. But it is’t just Steele Visions that should get the credit, Tamco Paint’s prime products should get them, too.
