Skateboarding requires finishes that are not only eye-catching but also durable enough to endure daily wear, and Tamco’s materials provided the perfect solution. Frank’s approach combined creativity with technical precision, bringing bold, custom looks to each skateboard while ensuring longevity and performance.
The process started with HP661 Grey DTA Epoxy (Direct to Anything) Kit and HP5311 DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit, which created a strong foundation and excellent adhesion on the skateboard surface. To complete the project, he sealed the boards with HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat, giving them a glossy, protective finish that enhanced the colors and designs while providing lasting durability. The result is a set of skateboards that not only perform but also stand out as unique expressions of style.
