Let's go back to 2008 when Tamco Paint was selling 80% locally. This bike was built by Razor-Tec USA in Chesapeake, VA and airbrushed by Mike Finley also in Chesapeake, VA. This bike was given an amazing makeover using Tamco Paint's HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat. They used and loved HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat for almost 2 decades ago now!
