Sometimes, you don't need some new color in your life to make things look brand new or good. In fact, sometimes even just clearcoats help in ensuring that the vehicle of your choice looks even better than it did before. And with Tamco Paint's extraordinary HC2105 Extra Slow High Solids Clearcoat Kit, Sergio Cantu managed to get the 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS is ready to hit the road with its brand new and refreshed feeling.
To get this masterpiece, Sergio used the HR397 Wax & Grease Remover and HR398 Final Wipe to keep the surface clean and free from contaminants, those itsy bitsy dust and particles that would get in the way. Then he used the HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit and HP5311 Black DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit for the right foundation and maximum adhesion. Finally came the HC2105 Extra Slow High Solids Clearcoat to keep the car looking fresh and shimmering. The clearcoat also helps the vehicle from decay and disasters, which is exactly what the Chevy needs with its oh-so-beauty-licious look.
Clearly, Sergio knew exactly what he was doing. With all these hype over new looks with new paint, he knew that the car just needed some rejuvenating without needing anything dynamic.
