Tamco Paint HB9901 Bright White Basecoat in 1997 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra
Tamco Paint HB9901 Bright White and HB9900 Jet Black Basecoat in 1997 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra

Sam Ellington, the talented painter behind this remarkable 1997 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra refinish project, has once again demonstrated his exceptional craftsmanship. Partnering with Tamco Paint, Ellington utilized their HP5312 White DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit, Basecoat Factory Packs (HB9900 Jet Black) for Strips, Basecoat Factory Packs (HB9901 Bright White) for base color, and HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat to transform the Cobra into a flawless work of art. Meticulous block sanding, starting from 600 grit and progressing to 5000 grit guided by a coat of guide paint, prepared the surface for perfection. Sam then expertly buffed the finish to a mirror-like shine using CSI pads and compound. The collaboration between Sam and Tamco Paint has resulted in an automotive masterpiece that sets the standard for exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
