Jason Worm Scott has once again proven that when talent meets the right products, the results are nothing short of extraordinary. Sponsored by Tamco Paint, Jason transformed this truck into a rolling work of art that commands attention from every angle.
The process began with meticulous preparation using HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and HR398 Final Wipe to ensure the surface was spotless. Jason then laid down HP773 White High Build Epoxy Primer Kit 770 Series, creating a smooth, durable foundation. Over this, he applied HB9901 Bright White Basecoat, giving the vibrant colors the perfect canvas to shine.
With the base in place, Jason unleashed a spectrum of colors. Slick Silver Metallic added shimmer beneath layers of Lemon Meringue | Bright Pearl Yellow | Customer Color Basecoat, Lipstick, Orangesicle, Courage Red, Blue Nitrous, Purple Pop Pearl, and Sublime Green. Accents of Murdered Out Black 2.0 brought sharp contrast, while Interbalactic added a cosmic sparkle that dances in the light.
Each coat was expertly blended with HR Reducers for smooth transitions and flawless flow across the truck’s body lines. To seal and enhance the design, Jason finished with HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat, delivering a deep, glossy finish that amplifies the pearl and metallic effects while providing long-lasting protection.
The end result is a bold, intricate, and brilliantly executed custom paint job, a testament to Jason’s craftsmanship and the exceptional performance of Tamco Paint products. Whether on the road or at a show, this truck is guaranteed to stop people in their tracks.
