The process behind this masterpiece was nothing short of meticulous. Matt began with thorough prep work using HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and HR398 Final Wipe, followed by HP771 Grey High Build Epoxy Primer Kit and Forever Seal to ensure a flawless foundation. He then applied 3 coats of Rock it Red, locked in with 3 coats of HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit, already enough to impress most. But Matt didn’t stop there.
In his pursuit of perfection, he wet-sanded the finish and laid down an additional 5 coats of HC4100, bringing the total to 8 coats of clear. The result? A deep, glass-like finish that elevates this bike into show-stopper status. With its unmatched shine and flawless execution, Matt Thurber’s creation isn’t just a motorcycle, it’s proof of what passion and Tamco products can achieve.
