This Tamco Ground Up makeover by Todd Maurer has everyone obsessed, both with the vehicle and the color! This 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser 40 Series Pick Up Truck has been given a bold and vibrant new look, and it’s all thanks to Todd and his partnership with Tamco Paint.
To get this stunning Cruiser look even more stunning, Todd used the HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and HR398 Final Wipe to create a surface that would be clean and contaminant-free. Then he used the HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer to create a solid foundation. After was the Rock-It-Red, an electrifying shade that brings out so much personality and rhythm. Later, he added the HC2100 Medium Solids Clearcoat to create an even glossier effect.
Todd also used the Tamco T-Cups - Spray gun cup liner system for a more efficient application.
Overall, the vehicle looks pristine and crisp, perfectly allowing Todd’s artistry and Tamco Paint to shine.
