Rob Lervold recently transformed his Ford Thunderbird into a true showstopper with the help of Tamco Paint’s Sinister Triple Reboot Purple. This bold and unique color choice instantly elevates the car’s style, ensuring it stands out wherever it goes. Rob followed a detailed process to achieve this flawless finish. He began by preparing the surface with HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and HR398 Final Wipe, ensuring a clean foundation for the paint. To build a strong base, he used Tamco HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit, which provide excellent adhesion and durability. The star of the project, Sinister Triple Reboot Purple, was then applied, followed by HR Reducers to ensure a smooth and consistent spray.

To lock in the color and add depth and gloss, Rob finished with HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat, resulting in a sleek, high-quality shine. For efficiency and precision during application, he used the Tamco T-Cups - Spray gun cup liner system, making the painting process smoother and cleaner.
