Troy Fry brought new life to a classic 1971 Plymouth Satellite with a jaw-dropping custom paint job that demands attention from every angle. Using Tamco Paint’s Toxic Waste, Troy achieved a vivid, electrifying green finish that highlights the car’s timeless body lines while adding a bold, modern twist. The flawless execution and attention to detail truly make this vintage ride a showstopper on the streets and at car events.
The build began with HP661 Grey DTA Epoxy (Direct to Anything) Kit, providing superior adhesion and corrosion protection on the vehicle’s surface. Multiple coats of HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit were then applied to create a perfectly smooth base. Troy followed with three coats of Toxic Waste, delivering an intense, high-impact color that sets this Plymouth apart. HR Reducers were used throughout the process for seamless application, and three coats of HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit sealed the deal, ensuring a deep gloss and long-lasting durability.
This stunning transformation is a true testament to Troy Fry’s expertise and the unmatched quality of Tamco Paint’s custom colors.
