Kevin Kegler transformed a plain helmet into a true showpiece with a stunning multi-layer custom paint job. Using Tamco Paint’s high-quality products, he brought bold color and flawless detail to this one-of-a-kind design.
The process began with HP2010 Top Dawg Adhesion Promoter, ensuring the paint bonded perfectly to the helmet’s surface. A base of Blizzard Of Ozz White Pearl was then applied to create a clean, luminous foundation. To add depth and contrast, Kevin layered GM Silver Metallic, followed by the bold and vibrant Viral Red for a dramatic finish. HR Reducers were used throughout the process for smooth, even coats.
Finally, HC9500 Hi-Speed Impact 30 Min Clearcoat sealed the design, delivering a brilliant gloss and long-lasting protection that makes this helmet stand out from every angle. The result is a custom piece that blends style, precision, and durability, a perfect reflection of Kevin’s artistry and attention to detail.
