CanDe Customs gave this classic 1967 Ford Bronco a full ground-up transformation, restoring its tough, vintage spirit while giving it a modern, show-stopping finish. Every step of the process was carefully executed to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality result that truly stands out.
The build began with a solid foundation, applying HP662 Black DTA Epoxy for strong corrosion resistance and adhesion, followed by HP5310 Grey DTM Primer to smooth the surface and prepare it for color. Next, a coat of Ivory Pearl was laid down to create a soft, elegant shimmer under the main color. On top of that, the team sprayed Wintergreen Pearl, a vibrant, head-turning shade that brings the Bronco to life with rich depth and sparkle.
To lock in that color and deliver a flawless, durable gloss finish, three layers of clear were applied in stages: HC9500 HI-Speed Impact 30 Min Clearcoat Kit for an initial protective layer, HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat for enhanced depth and shine, and HC1100 Overall Clearcoat to seal everything in. HR Reducers were used throughout the process to ensure smooth, consistent application across every coat.
The final result is a 1967 Bronco that looks better than eve, bold, vibrant, and built to turn heads for years to come. This build is proof that a true ground-up job, paired with Tamco Paint’s professional-grade products, can breathe new life into any classic ride.
