When it comes to blending classic muscle with a bold modern edge, Damon BeShears nailed it with his transformation of a 1969 Chevrolet Stingray. Using Tamco Paint’s Murdered Out Black, Damon gave this iconic ride a sleek, mysterious presence that commands attention from every angle. The jet-black finish accentuates the Stingray’s legendary curves, turning it into a timeless masterpiece for muscle car enthusiasts.
The foundation was laid with HR397 or HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and HR398 Final Wipe to ensure a clean surface. For durability and adhesion, Damon applied HP661 Grey DTA Epoxy (Direct to Anything) Kit followed by HP5311 Black DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit, creating the perfect base for the deep black finish. Topped with HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit (3 coats off the gun), reduced to perfection with HR Reducers, and applied flawlessly using the Tamco T-Cups - Spray gun cup liner system, the result is nothing short of breathtaking.
