Jim Prewitt gave this 1963 classic a brand new look by using the Ford Flame Blue of Tamco Paint. The Ford Falcon Futura has never looked this good! This bold take on the timeless classic has caught the eye of many that it’s impossible not to take a peek at it, too. But despite the new look, you can still see glimpses of its classic heritage.
To get this project going, Jim first used the HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit to create maximum adhesion and a solid and sturdy foundation. Then he applied the Ford Flame Blue, a blue shade that is both striking and elegant to look at. He also added the HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat Kit for a shinier coat and long-lasting protection.
The end result is a 1963 Ford Falcon Futura with a brand new personality. It looks just as stunning as it did back in the day, no doubt. Jim Prewitt really knew what the vehicle needed and he gave it all and more, knowing that it would look stunning once done. Tamco Paint’s one-of-a-kind products surely know how to make artists happy!
