CaNDe Customs banged at it again with another #TamcoGroundUp masterpiece!
Owned by Rob Whittinghill, this 1973 Mercury Montego GT underwent into a whole transformation with the powerhouse team of CaNDe Customs owned Carl Corey. The choice of vibrant and bold color highlighted every curves and angles of this Montego GT. Since it was a #TamcoGroundUp build, they used the top-notch products of Tamco Paint from primer to base color to clearcoat. In preparing the body, after sanding and buffing, they applied HP662 Black DTA Epoxy (Direct to Anything) Kit and HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit to ensure longevity and durability of the paint. After this, they applied the choice of color, one of the OEM colors of Tamco Paint, the Ford Race Red. Rob, the owner really love the red, how it was perfectly laid down to his car! And we are also giggling about it! To promote protection for the longer years, they sealed it with numerous clearcoats such as HC9500 HI-Speed Impact Clearcoat, HC1100 Overall Clearcoat Kit, and HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit.
The iconic Ford Race Red, paired with the top-notch products of Tamco Paint are delivering a dazzling, high-gloss finish that is both visually stunning and incredibly durable. And CaNDe Customs just did it again!
