Colby Clegg did an amazing job when he made this Tamco Ground Up makeover on a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado by using, of course, the premium products of Tamco Paint. The finish is a sleek and stylish drive and it’s something everyone has been eyeing. The attention it gets is too much, but there’s no such thing as too much attention when it comes to striking cars.
To get this build, Colby first used the HP662 Black DTA (Direct to Anything) Epoxy Kit on the chrome bumpers and the HP5311 Black DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit on the vehicle. Both were used to ensure maximum adhesion and the best foundation. Then he painted 3 coats of the Purple Pop Pearl. Well, that really will make the purple pop, wouldn’t it? But that’s exactly what Colby wanted.
Finally, he applied the HC4105 Extra Slow Glamour Clearcoat Kit for that extra durability and superior gloss.
The result is a dominating and attention-grabbing truck that is powerful enough to make everyone gasp at the sight. Tamco Paint’s purple shade really helped Colby achieve his goal.
