This 1962 Ford F-1000 gleams under the sun, moon, and stars. And it’s all thanks to Michael Yocum’s vision to turn a simple, classic car into an extravagant, yet still classic, ride. It’s why he chose to use the bold and vibrant hue of red called Rock-It-Red, one of Tamco Paint’s finest products.
It started out with the HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and HR398 Final Wipe to create the cleanest, contaminant-free surface. Then came the HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit for the best foundation. After was the Rock-It-Red, the daring and lively shade that’s got everyone staring. Finally, he added the HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat to ensure maximum durability as all as longer-lasting gloss.
The build is a great example of Michael’s expertise and Tamco Paint’s products. Both should be recognized by their strengths. Michael being a skilled painter and Tamco Paint being able to work with anyone.
