Jay Morris can call himself a proud painter, especially when he proved to the world that he was able to paint a 1984 Monte Carlo SS. Using Tamco Paint products, he managed to bring the new life out of it. But that’s no surprise knowing that he did the Tamco Ground Up makeover on it. He was able to mix classic and modern together to make it one unstoppable car.

To get this look to work, he first used the HP661 Grey DTA (Direct to Anything) Epoxy Kit and HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit, both used to create the best foundation and achieve maximum adhesion.

After is the Ron Burgundy Pearl, an electrifying shade that would leave you breathless. It’s hard not to be, with its supreme and almighty look, tearing your gaze away from it would be difficult. The way it just glows and gleams in every angle.

Then, he used the HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat for layers of protection and additional gloss.

He also used the Tamco T-Cups - Spray gun liner system for a more efficient and precise application of the coats.

The result is breathtaking, absolutely spectacular. The whole process was done so undeniably well-done, the partnership between Jay and Tamco Paint is also so undeniably perfect.
