Pistolero Designs’ own Jose Mendoza showed such artistry when he painted a 2016 GMC Sierra with the Rose Gold of Tamco Paint. But it wasn’t just that, in fact, Jose managed to bring out the whole glow-up using a Tamco Ground Up makeover.
To get this look, the process started with the HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and the HR398 Final Wipe to create a surface that’s squeaky clean and contaminant-free. Then he added the HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit to ensure a solid and sturdy foundation. After that was when he put on the Rose Gold, the exquisite and sophisticated color that helped bring out the life of the vehicle. Finally, the HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat was applied to create a layer of extra protection and gloss.
The end result is just as spectacular as his vision, if not more. Jose really did a great job with the build, and it just goes to show great how a skilled painter and the prestigious products of Tamco Paint work well together.
