This is the first #TamcoGroundUp project by Nicholas Bashline, as far as he knows. And it turned out truly awesome and exceptional!
On this project, he coated a rim using Tamco Paint from primer to shine. He started the process by strengthening the foundation by applying the HP661 Grey DTA (Direct to Anything) Epoxy Kit and HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit, which gives a strong adhesion and also ensures a sleek application. For color, after a long month of choosing and deciding, he opted for a Secret Silver, which, according to Nicholas, turned out much different from what he expected, but he really loved the finished. For the shine, he sprayed HC9500 Hi-Speed Impact 30 Min Clearcoat Kit on the rim, which left a protective coating.
It doesn't matter whether it is Nicholas' first time to do a ground-up job. Because it really turned out killer, and the rims are perfectly blended on the car he installed it on.
