This #TamcoGroundUp makeover is one-of-a-kind because Tim Lauber, of Done Right Autobody & Restoration, did such an incredible job that it can’t ever be replicated. He used the Sinister Triple Reboot Purple of Tamco Paint and the whole classic 1973 Dodge Challenger looks absolutely divine.
For this Ground Up look, Tim first made sure to clean and scrub every inch of the vehicle and so he used the HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and the HR398 Final Wipe.
Next, to keep the foundation as strong and sturdy as it can be, he used both the HP661 Grey DTA (Direct to Anything) Epoxy Kit and the HP5311 Black DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit. Then he used the HP3502 Black Forever Seal to keep things locked in.
Finally, he applied on the Sinister Triple Reboot Purple. This gave the vehicle the look of pure elegance and class. It’s really hard to take your eyes off of it. The deep and dark purple is rich and lush, perfect for that air and flare of sophistication.
For the finale, he added the HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat Kit to ensure that they are properly intact and protected. The Clearcoat also adds more gloss to the car, making the vehicle as shiny as it could be.
Truly, this work of art is one of the best and you shouldn’t deny just how admirable it is.
