Michele Roe and her artistic, creative mind definitely brought a 1941 Willys Coupe’s engine back to life by using some Tamco Paint products. Her choice of the Sublime Green was a remarkable one, it showed much boldness and vibrance that the vehicle catches everyone’s attention.
The job began when she applied on the HR397W Waterbourne Wax & Grease Remover and the HR398 Final Wipe for a contaminant-free surface. Then, she laid on the HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit for a better foundation as well as adhesion. After was when she put on the Sublime Green. Later, she coated on the HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat and the HC7600 Hour Air Dry Clearcoat for maximum protection and extra gloss.
She also used the Tamco T-Cups – Spray gun liner system for a cleaner and more finer application of the paints.
A statement by Michele Roe: “Sublime base does have a gold pearl laid on op. So, Tri Stage here. The rest of the colors, have all were a custom mixed, that I came up with using Tamco Paint basecoats, and alpha pigments.”
