Tamco Candy Pearl Basecoats is a mix between our basecoat line and candy concentrates. 

These colors are a transparent candy base with our Tamco Custom Pearls added to make them pop! If you’ve wanted to spray candy, but have always been intimated, these are for you because they spray similar to our basecoat line. 

This is the user friendly candy option you’ve been looking for! Extremely vibrant, rich colors with the perfect amount of pearl to achieve the faux candy finish you've always wanted

Tamco recommends 3-5 coats of candy pearl basecoat. Coverage will depend on the ground coat and the look you're wanting to achieve. Follow guide below for ground coat guidance.

Candy Pearl Basecoats ground coat and coverage information. 

Mix 1:1 with Tamco HR Reducers only. 

3-5 coat coverage depending on which ground coat you choose. 

1. White- Bright, but doesn't have the coarseness look/effect. (not recommended)
   
2.  Unreleased Gold- 2nd Bright option (coming soon!!)
   
3. Goldmember- Darker then Unreleased Gold
4. Slick Silver- Brightest option available 
5. Gunmetal-  Multiple Shades Darker then Slick Silver
6. Murdered Out Black- Very Dark with luster. Will Not look like a genuine candy concentrate (which is traditionally over silver base). This color you may have seen in our candy concentrates section, will be completely different in color, but also unique!!
   

Disclaimer: 

Candies are designed to achieve their look from depth. The more coats you put on the darker & deeper the color will look. When looking at photos on our website, it's just a color representation. Each job can and will look different depending on groundcoat color choice and how many coats of candy were used.
