Sean Anderson's transformation of the 1970 Dodge Challenger using Tamco Paint's Throwback Hemi Orange is truly outstanding. This project beautifully demonstrates the profound impact of selecting the right paint, coupled with the creativity of a dedicated enthusiast.
According to him, he used the HP661 Grey DTA (Direct to Anything) Epoxy Kit for the epoxy and waited for 12 hours to be cured. Right after, he applied the HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit for prepping the body. Then, it is his first time using the HC2104 High Solids Clearcoat, and it laid down perfectly! Even though Sean Anderson encountered unexpected problems throughout the process, he still made this Dodge Challenger a blazing artwork.
The vibrant Throwback Hemi Orange hue has breathed new life into the classic Challenger, giving it a striking and head-turning appearance. It's a testament to how a skilled painter's vision and the choice of premium paint can result in a stunning automotive makeover that captures the essence of both passion and craftsmanship.
