Jay Strickland’s Tamco Ground Up makeover consisted of a 1965 Chevrolet C-10 Pick Up Truck being repainted with the Rock-It-Red. The bold and vibrant hue truly makes the car, and the owner, a rockstar on the road. The way everyone just turns and nods, agreeing with the shade being the perfect fit for the vehicle.
To get this rockin’ finish, Jay first used the HP5311 Black DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit to give the foundation a strong and sturdy element. Then he added on the Rock-It-Red, the daring shade of red that really glistens wherever it goes. And finally, the HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat was applied for better endurance.
Jay definitely made himself a rockstar, too, with his application of the whole process. And he’s got Tamco Paint as his co-star.
