As Jon Lecanu celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary of independence, he showcased his talent by painting the car hood using Tamco’s Basecoat Factory Packs (HB9900 Jet Black), Basecoat Factory Packs (HB9902 Bright Red), Basecoat Factory Packs (HB9901 Bright White), and Tamco Intensity Patriot Blue. This left us with a strong impression of bravery, purity, and justice. For the final touch, he uses the HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit to enhance its gloss and depth, bringing out its beauty even more.
Independence Day is not just for celebrating; you can also showcase your talent, like Jon Lecanu, who expresses his freedom by painting it on a car hood. What a masterpiece and exceptional talent that made our country proud.
HB9902 BRIGHT RED | CANDE CUSTOMS | 1970 FORD F100
This 1970 Ford F100 from CaNDe Customs, that's been built from spare parts, is killing every angle!
Carl Corey recently shared this truck that was dripping on Tamco Paint's products. According to him, he used HP663 White DTA (Direct to Anything) Epoxy Kit, and he is very impressed by how the Epoxy has been seated on the truck intact despite being in the sun daily for over a year! For added details, he used HB9902 Bright Red, which made the exterior a car-racing vibe.
Truly, this project of Carl Corey is a testament to his dedication and passion for his craft.
GRAPE JELLY | RANDY & KYLE DOLL | 1968 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE SS
For over two and a half years, Randy & Kyle Doll have been working on this 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle in their paint booth. According to them, this Impala is a high school car that has been owned for over 20 years by the same owner. This is why the owner decided to complete a full restoration of this car to restore its former glory.
They applied three coats of Tamco Paint's Grape Jelly, bringing their vision to life. The deepness yet richness of hue speaks for itself, and will surely convey a strong impression that will last. They sealed everything off by spraying the European HS Clearcoat Kit in five coats.
HB9900 JET BLACK | RALEIGH CARPENTER | 1937 CADILLAC LASALLE
This 1937 Cadillac LaSalle will make anyone in awe because of its sleek and timeless finish!
Renowned painter of his craft, Raleigh Carpenter of RC Customz, always has his eyes on the prize whenever he has a restoration project. For this Cadillac LaSalle, he shared that he used 3 coats of HB9900 Jet Black as its basecoat, which left a bold impression and highlighted every curve and feature of the vehicle. As Raleigh is always aiming for an excellent outcome, he experimented by applying two clearcoats — the HC2105 Extra Slow High Solids Clearcoat Kit and HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit that proportionally mix.
His project turned out great, with his precision and dedication, he turned this Cadillac LaSalle into its best!
HB9900 JET BLACK | JOEY MELENDEZ | HARLEY-DAVIDSON TOURING MOTORCYCLE
This Harley-Davidson build definitely stands out.
Joey Melendez recently completed his first all-Tamco project, and it turned out phenomenal! The color looks rich, and the finish has a smooth shine that stands out right away.
He shared that he was nervous at first, but once everything came together, he was happy with how it turned out. Even before buffing, the paint already looked clean and glossy, and the bike came out looking really good. He first applied the HP5310 Grey DTM (Direct to Metal) Primer Kit that ensures a smooth application of HB9900 Jet Black, and he achieved that. For final touch, he sprayed HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit.
The final result looks smooth, bright, and well done. This is definitely a motorcycle build Joey can be proud of.

HB9900 Jet Black on this Pro Mod Corvette came out looking sharp.
Bruce Mullins recently finished this build using Tamco Paint products from start to finish. He used HB9900 Jet Black as a basecoat and finished everything off with HC4100 Glamour Clearcoat Kit.
From the body lines to the final finish, everything came together nicely on this project. A clean build with a finish that definitely gets attention.

Color came out even better then expected! Will definitely use there products again
First time Tamco user. Painted my engine bay in my shop and while it turned out very nice, I thought WOW, this stuff is thick. I was only spraying at about 25 psi though. Brought a couple more parts to work to trim out in the booth to get a real feel for it before I spray the car. Bumped the pressure to around 30 and 4100 lays down!! I use PPG products at work, and nothing I have used slicked out this easily. Thank you for an amazing product!!! 4100 clear, iwata w400 1.3
I Really Love Tamco candies! I've used a dozen or more candies, and tamco candies are by far the most vibrant pure candies I've ever used.
Tamco intensity colors allows you to tune in on fine details with precision. Although I’m still learning each day using the intensity line makes me a better painter by not having to worry about excessive dry tip or color bleed.
My paint is very awesome. And the people that work there were very helpful and answered all my questions and got my product here fast.

Did some forever seal on a race truck. First time using it and love it.
Used the forever seal a few months ago and if you are sealing anything , this is the only way to go!! It lays out perfectly smooth and sprays amazing!

It works with the intensity airbrush line between high impact base and clear... Best paints i have ever experienced. Highly recommended. Be sure you dont use too much reducer. Also, it likes to be built in a few layers- try to avoid thick coats but its sprayers preference.
I reccomend building and weaving the paint slowly in small batches within the 3 layer recommendations... This helps you know that you arent wrong with your mixing procedures. It also allows just enough time for it to dry and "build"
Best paint ive ever sprayed. I will update later if i find longevity issues , but it is not anticipated- ive sprayed before and i can tell this is a product thats cut from good cloth.

1st allow me to start by saying the people at tamco have been so helpful & knowledgeable. This clear is the best. I have used many other clears that are way more expensive & they just can't beat the quality of tamco clear.
I've been spraying 4100 for about 3years not full time I have sprayed about 15 gallons and have nothing but good to say about it, it's a heavy clear and takes getting a custom to but it sands and buffs great
